Two Great Tastes?

So this post by havocthecat implies that Sanctuary fandom is big on incest? Now, I'm a fan of both 'cest fic and Sanctuary but for some reason the idea of the two together surprised me, and I began to figure out just how many 'cest combinations were possible in that fandom (although of couse, only one has to catch on--the most plausible striking me as Druitt/Ashley). There's actually more than I realized at first (at first, I could only think of Helen/Ashley): two father/daughter pairings, one mother/daughter, one brother/sister, and one grandfather/granddaughter. Unless there's more I'm just not thinking of?

Still doesn't really speak to me, though.

I created sanctuary_ff mainly because people wanted a place to post Helen/Ashley. I have to admit, I really love the pairing, but the comm is for any Sanctuary femslash (I know there aren't a lot of women on the show, but I see so much crossover potential!). Honestly, I'd like to see more of ANYTHING written in this fandom. And I'm so woefully behind on eps this season. :(

I really don't know why that surprises me so much, but it does. You'd think I'd be all for it, but I'm just "Really?!?"

But this season is awesome! It has Kate! I love Kate so much.

Sooo behind on this season. It's cluttering up my DVR. Lol. I just haven't had time to watch, and it's one of those shows I actually have to watch.

It surprises me that it surprises you. Lol. Though, to be fair, I had no idea the first time I watched that Ashley was Helen's daughter (I didn't start from the beginning). Though, finding that out didn't change my interest in the pairing.

Wow, that's very enlightening. I would have had no idea, no clue that that was popular. I'm blanking on what other relationships there are besides Druitt, Helen and Ashley.

Helen has a father (and thus Ashley a grandfather) and Kate has a brother.
