I know I have read the piece you're writing about, I just wish I remembered it well enough to discuss this with you. Unfortunately, I can't go and read it right now.

You also seem to have a much more "high theory" approach to the literature than I do. (Which, if anything, I see as my deficiency.)

I think I'm saying that this is a conversation I'd really like to have, but my mind seems to be mostly blank at the moment.

I think I see postmodernism as a place that's nice to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there...if that makes any sense.
