Does Not Compute (re: TLiH]

I have a canonical lesbian and Faith sharing a bed together, and I can't get them to have sex.

. . .

Something has gone terribly wrong with the world.

*!*?

REALLY.

Have you tried blowing gently on them? That SHOULD be all it takes.

Get 'em drunk.
*lol*

Hey, sometimes the chemistry just isn't there.

Is it Tara? Because if so, I can totally understand the difficulty. Of course, I tend to be pretty OTP about Willow/Tara, so that probably has a lot to do with it.

Is it Willow? I have never seen much chemistry there. EXCEPT... read this and maybe it will help.

If it's Kennedy, you're in trouble, because those two want to have sex. Maybe try a glass of wine? For you or the characters. :)

Quick, start another Femslash Credit Account!

Wherever you'd find such a thing.

I can so relate to that! I even got Andrew Wells and Zach Addy from "Bones" drunk, and I still couldn't get them to have sex - although they were definitely attracted to each other! But Zach was all shy and Andrew was twitchy, and they just refused to actually go beyond lustful glances. Who knows?

[identity profile] alixtii.livejournal.com 2008-02-11 08:56 pm (UTC)(link)
Yeah, there's definitely attraction, but Faith's being all ladylike and Kennedy's not sure she can take the first step. But somebody has to; Dawn has already thrown them together, manipulating matchmaker that she is.

With Faith? Blasphemy.

[identity profile] alixtii.livejournal.com 2008-02-11 09:00 pm (UTC)(link)
They started out drunk! Which is part of the problem, because Kennedy was totally plastered.

[identity profile] alixtii.livejournal.com 2008-02-11 09:02 pm (UTC)(link)
It's Kennedy.

A glass of wine for me is an intriguing idea. The story actually starts with Kennedy getting really, really drunk. Faith's in this weird place (for her) where she won't take advantage.

But yeah, they want to have sex . . . they just won't actually do it.

It really should! But it's not working!

So maybe they should actually not have sex... and next morning, Dawn just assumes they did, and makes some comment to that effect. And they look at each other all embarrassed and say, simultaneously, "So why the hell didn't we?!"... and then dash back up to bed together there and then. :-)

[identity profile] spikendru.livejournal.com 2008-02-12 06:19 pm (UTC)(link)
And you couldn't find a better manipulating matchmaker than the Dawnster! If she can't get them together, I think yiou're out of luck. *g*

I'm going to bring in the Roman Catholic priest. He may well succeed where Dawn hasn't yet. (But she knows how to delegate!)
