Movies have a similar but slightly different structure. They are three acts plus two plot points.
Take a typical 2 hours movie:
1) first act, 30 min. set-up
2)around :30, plot point 1 -- ie: the turning point or minor climax.
3) second act: 60 minutes (usually this is split by a mid-point, which means a chase or sex scene or something interesting to maintain audience attention.)
4) :90 Plot Point 2: this is the climax, the second and most major turning point.
5) last 30 minutes, Act 3 which leads to denouement.
