For My Own Reference: Easy Pancake Recipe

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
 2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Makes enough for two small appetites or one big one.
