I'm glad you enjoyed this, and that the Dawn/Wes and Dawn/Fred interactions worked for you. I must admit I am actually something of a Weda fan, but that's because I typically read and write about Dawn post-"Chosen." This is about as shippy as made sense for the characters at this stage of their character development.

I really do think Wesley and Dawn have a lot in common, and them working together to save Fred just seemed natural for them.
