Dr. Mathias' introduction, unsurprisingly perhaps, was one of the first images I hit upon when writing this fic; I knew I wanted to end the fic with it from the beginning. Just as unsurprising, probably, is that the introduction of Harmony was thought of much later; I needed something to happen between the middle and the end, and Harmony was the only one for whom it would make sense to still be around.
