I've only just recently stumbled upon your journal, and I must say, I am completely delighted by the fact that you not only share my weird little incest kink, but are completely unabashed about it, and what's more, share so many of my fandoms. I don't think I have a single IRL friend who wouldn't at least snicker if they knew about the Buffy/Dawn incestuous sex story mailing list I'm on, so it's always a treat to encounter someone who's completely comfortable with being open about this kink.
This having been said, the Spike/Buffy thing was always a bit weird for me. While I was rooting for Spike all throughout his romantic fixation, and I was happy when it actually happened, it's not something I've ever found erotic, just because it was - even at its best and least emotionally unhealthy moments - sort of sad and pathetic. I've noticed within the fandom that there is a trend in this direction; a lot of fans enjoyed it, and wanted it in the TV series, but there's scarce erotica based upon it on the web.
