3_ships is allowing incest again (you just need to be able to request a non-'cesty 3some in the same fandom), and prettylightsfic is allowing writerfic.
*eagerly requests Simon/River and Keith/Veronica and, of course, Joss/Summer*
Both 'thons are still undergoing sign-ups, so you can go and request 'cest and writerfic (but probably not 'cesty writerfic, unfortunately, unless you're in The Matrix fandom or something)!
