Re: Weasley's business: I remember, when reading about Harry's worry that Molly would disapprove of him giving them the startup money, imagining Molly (or someone else) explaining to Harry, "Yes, it's a disgrace. But it's a respectable disgrace." Younger sons setting up a hobby-based business is not a lower-class activity.
