I stopped watching the show in first season, just to put that out there, but... hmm. I don't think when people speak about misogyny on SPN they're saying "OMG DEAN IS A MISOGYNIST" as opposed to saying "Oh, fucking hell, they're making Dean sound like a misogynist/the things he's saying are misogynistic and interfere with my otherwise positive feelings about the character."
