Yeah, the only thing that makes me give the writers a bit of a break with Henriksen is that the episode was filmed during the strike, so even if they'd wanted to change the script at some point, nobody would've been allowed to do it.
Which is another reason why I'm clinging to the "no body, no death" theory and hoping Kripke and Co. my decide to bring my boy Victor back eventually.
