Oh, I loved your Moira, scientific and philosophical, and so bloody minded about ethics. I found the idea of Raven and Moira as friends quite fascinating. The scene where Raven asks for help, and the differences between human and mutant are polarised for Moira was very deft. I loved Charles teaching Rahne to play chess and talking about acceptable sacrifice - creepy and ominous.
This was a lovely, sad and thoughtful piece - thank you so much for writing it.
