Here via spikedru. Very interesting idea, given that none of this was raised at all in WWF (which is a shame, really) and I really liked your Dru voice. It’s as if nothing will ever faze her. I liked the description of her in the beginning – especially the final sentence in the paragraph. It’s quite haunting to have the Mr Walsh character dissecting her in his mind, and yet against that she’s childlike and faux-innocent. Then the addition of his own child – captured like a pawn in the game, but to become so much more. Love the way Spike enters – that’s very him, isn’t it? To come blasting in making as much noise as possible. “I understand more than you could know,” the vampire insisted. “Just because my mind wanders, you think I do not see. But there is method in’t. Lovely. You’ve really captured Dru there. Enjoyed that very much!
