Nov. 7th, 2006 10:00 pmApril is so adorable.
Alexis is still really hot.
I really like Lorelai/Christopher.
Yeah, they got the feel of an expensive college down perfectly.
I'm really enjoying this season.
* * *
I'm so not fond of the dean. I miss Van Clemens, who UST-ed so beautifully with Veronica.
It's a bad sign when I find myself frowning when I see Wallace because him having screentime decreases the probability Tina Majorino will have some.
Hearst doesn't have an .edu affix?
Apparently Mac has a "project." And the closed captioning doesn't know how to spell her name. It said "Max." I haven't seen an episode with Mac in it since the premiere (admittedly I've missed a couple) and I am getting very, very frustrated.
Veronica just said "fed to bears."
I think this is the first time I've seen Lamb. And, erm, he seems sort of lame. Nice, but lame.
I miss Clemens. And Madison.
And, you know, I actually like this episode a lot. It's just easier to make fun of it and wax nostalgic. But the Parker/Piz subplot was great. I just wish there were more recurring female characters, female characters who actually seemed to have an effect on the world. This season seems strangely testosterone-heavy.
I don't really get the whole car crash thing. But at first I thought Harmony was Veronica and when he began kissing her I got very very excited (although very confused!).
Okay, the dean and Veronica seem to actually have a nice dynamic now--apparently I missed something. It has a little of that UST she had with Van, although he seems more clueless.
