OT3's meme!

I'm not quite sure why I did this, but it was sort of fun.

My utterly subjective personal reactions to these threesomes:
Buffy/Giles/Willow
The hotness. And believable. This threesome would work, no doubt about it. Someone want to write it?
Buffy/Dawn/Willow
If one isn't squicked by the incest, I think this pairing works. Sort of.
Buffy/Giles/Tara
Despite
wisdomeagle's flawlessly argued manifesto as to the nature of Tara's queerness, het Tara pairings just seem wrong to me. But I can see Tara slipping seamlessly into an established Buffy/Giles relationship.
Giles/Spike/Tara
See above re: Tara het. Nor could I get to a Giles/Spike place.
Anya/Buffy/Dawn
Another incest pairing. And frankly I don't see Anya as the person capable of persuading Buffy and Dawn to enter an incestuous lesbian relationship--although I can almost see her trying.
Buffy/Dawn/Tara
The incest angle and Buffy's het-ness are the only real obstacles here. I've suspended disbelief for much more in the past, and for me the payoff would make it worth it.
Anya/Dawn/Spike
Let's see. Spike/Anya and Spike/Dawn are both canon. I don't really see Anya/Dawn by itself, but in the context of this threesome I can see it working.
Anya/Dawn/Xander
Another case of the het ships all being canonical. I can see the Anya/Dawn working just as well with Xander as with Spike.
Anya/Riley/Xander
I don't think I'd necessarily want to read this ship, but I do think I'd believe it.
Anya/Spike/Riley
Whoa. The angst. Somebody has to write this just for the angst. I don't think I'm going to read it when you're done, though.
Riley/Spike/Tara
Again, not my cup of tea.
Anya/Dawn/Riley
Certainly could have happened, if things had gone differently.
Anya/Spike/Xander
Well, Anya/Spike and Anya/Xander are both canon, and Spike/Xander is a huge slash pairing, so clearly this has something going for it. I'm not sure what it is that this ship has going for it, but whatever it is, it has it.
Buffy/Dawn/Xander
Ooh. I want. Another incest fic, though.
Now back to reading about T.S. Eliot and The Wasteland. I can so totally give a presentation on this (the secondary source, not the poem itself) without reading it .
