Note to remixer: Whichever story you chose, I have presumably written it the way I wanted to, time and ability and laziness being the only constraints.
Don't take this the wrong way but I'm glad I'm not the only one totally flailing over their remix assignment. I've ended up with someone who writes nothing but M/M slash, which is not my cup of tea in the strongest possible way.
Still I imagine we'll both find a way to muddle through. Good luck!
I had something like that problem last year, when I got a writer who wrote very fluffy Willow/Xander. I can't be too specific, of course but I got a very different type of problem this year--which may be worse. Well, definitely not worse, but more flail-inducing.
