Anyone can think of any particular cartoons broadcast on Saturday mornings in 2001-2002 (that's when Season Six was, right?) that would be able to be enjoyed by an adult?

were they sitting with a kid? i used to watch Arthur (PBS) with mine gleefully.... [it had the coolest adult references...in the room the women come and go speaking of michaelangelo...]

Only if Xander and Dawn count as kids. (In season 5 I could see them trying to make Dawn make Arthur, but in season 6 not so much....)

They can totally be watching something cheesy and "too young for them" because that's totally in character. . . . Arthur's just pushing it a little bit.

I dunno if Gargoyles and Batman: The Animated Series were on back then, but I think they were both Saturday morning cartoon an adult would enjoy.
