IrfanView is a freeware image viewer for Microsoft Windows that can view, edit, and convert image files and play video/audio formats.

The IrfanView logo and mascot is a flattened roadkill cat.

How do you post your wall paper? I've never done that before. (Disregard this query if it's highly technical and takes a long time to explain.) :)

For Windows: Take a screencap (Ctrl+Alt+PrtScrn) and then paste it into a graphics program (I used IrfanView, but Paint works) and save as an image file, which then gets uploaded to Photobucket or Scrapbook or whatever.
