According to IMDb, the actress playing Lily Arwell is nineteen years old. Now, I didn't get the impression the actual character was supposed to be that old. So I'm turning to the wisdom of the all-knowing flist: as a rough guess, how old do you think Lily was supposed to be?

ETA: There's a video on the BBC website where Holly Earl describes her character as 14 years old.

early-to-mid-teens - 12 to 16ish?

I was never quite sure how much time-skip there was in the beginning; I would say she's 12ish at youngest there, maybe as much as 15, so how old she is in the rest depends on the timeskip.

In that case, I'd say 11-13 in the beginning, 14-16 at the end.
